SHED Fitness named M3S Sports Official Training Partner

SHED Fitness was named an official training location for the Capital City Half Marathon. One of the biggest benefits of group fitness is being a part of a community. Our half and full marathon training program is intended for those looking to train for their first half marathon or full marathon and is designed so you don’t have to go at it alone! Each week our participants will receive communication from a SHED team member with information to properly equip them for a safe and effective training season. This program will include 1 long group run on Saturday mornings and 2 cross-training days where we encourage participants to join us in-studio for SHED group classes to build strength and endurance!

Our race training program includes:

  • Member Appreciation Night & Kickoff event on January 23rd with Fleet Feet, Abundant You Chiropractic & SHED Fitness! Learn about the benefits of cross-training, proper nutrition during training season & recovery!
  • Detailed welcome guide with a note from our partners at Fleet Feet and Abundant You
  • Weekly communication from SHED that includes training tips, favorite routes and running trails in Columbus, member perks for M3S Sports races, accountability and more!
  • A weekly run & cross-training schedule to follow along for 12 weeks (1 long group run + 2 cross-training workouts at SHED Fitness)
  • SHED dry fit race tee/tank!
