YOGA SCULPT

Join us for SHED Columbus newest class offering, YOGA SCULPT, being offered on Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Where we slow things down, do a few less burpees, and challenge your mind and your body while keeping a strong focus on stretch and recovery. YOGASCULPT will take you through a traditional flow series with an added challenge of incorporating light hand or ankle weights, bands, and body weight resistance training. Class will be lead with music!

Track Your Progress "TYP"

SHED has developed Track Your Progress (“TYP”). This series is designed to help you quantify your growth in the studio. Our workouts are designed to help you improve speed, strength, endurance and overall performance.
How it works:

  • Come in Thursday, October 10th to complete your first TYP trial (complete instead of the workout of the day)
  • Choose between a Strength OR Endurance based workout
  • Fill out your credentials on the card provided & get to work! At the end of your workout, return your card to the trainer on staff & we will hold onto it for you
  • On Thursday, November 21st, we will test again to show you how much improvement has been made. The more you come, the more growth you can expect to see.
