We understand what it's like to pay a lot for a gym membership and question what you are even paying for when every time you go, you walk in without without a plan. 

Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey, overcoming an injury, or just need a more tailored solution to meet your needs, tell us your goals and we will do everything we can to help you achieve them with our SHED STRENGTH sessions. These 30-minute sessions are strictly limited to private training.

*As a courtesy to our clients and trainers, sessions will begin and end ON TIME.  Please arrive 10 minutes early for your designated session to warm up on your own.*


We understand sometimes things happen that are out of your control.  However, to avoid being charged please respect SHED’s 24-hour cancellation policy on STRENGTH sessions.  Cancellations can be processed online or by calling us at the studio. ALL NO SHOWS will be charged the full session amount.
