Children often imitate the behavior they see around them. It's through observational learning or behavior modeling that children learn good habits. After all, the parents carting them to practices, training sessions, and games each week, also deserve to feel their best so they can show up for their child. Parents will also have access to SHED adult group training sessions with family incentives.
We know every athlete is unique. That's why we created two different programs. Each is designed to meet your child's age, skill level, and ability with the right program to keep them safe, injury free, and help them succeed!
Ages 8-13 (Grades 3-7) This program focuses on developing and expanding a young athlete's fundamental movement skills and show kids exercise is FUN!This will help establish their athletic foundation for injury prevention, better performance and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.
