Start each week by working all areas of the upper body. Each group fitness class on Monday is designed to work the back, chest and assisting muscles.
High-intensity interval training at its best! This group fitness conditioning class combines exercises that focus on strength, speed, power, agility, endurance, and muscular balance.
Working all parts of the lower body. We combine explosive movements, strength, and sculpting exercises to create the ultimate lower body burner. One of our most popular group fitness classes of the week!
We hit arms, abs, and shoulders every Thursday! Smaller muscle groups with an emphasis on toning and sculpting the upper body and core.
Our strength-only class option avoids cardio machines or plyometric movements. 45-minute full-body workouts with an optional cardio or core finisher for your cardio junkies!
Working you top to bottom! Our full body class will consist of a little bit of everything to kickstart your weekend! If you are looking for a group fitness class that provides some serious energy, try our Saturday offering!
We will remove the cardio machines for this one and focus primarily on full-body strength exercises. 30-35 minute full body workouts!
