At SHED, we understand what it's like to hit a plateau and end up settling for what you always do because you do not have something or someone who will push you past your limits. We also know what it's like to feel insecure walking into a new gym, unsure where to start.
SHED now offers private small group training sessions. In these sessions, a group trainer will provide a customized workout with an emphasis on form, alignment and building a strong foundation and variety to your exercise routine. These classes assist in laying the ground work with a strong focus on fundamentals and movements used in everyday life.
All levels are welcome, as we aim to meet you where you are to get you where you want to be.
Sessions are currently offered at 9:45 AM on Monday and Wednesday and 10:00 AM on Tuesday and Thursday.

No matter your age or athletic ability, strength training is the key to flexibility, mobility, improved performance and lower injury risk. Outside of our regular group fitness schedule, SHED is now offering small group training. Group sessions give you the cost benefit of working with a personal trainer with friends.
