At SHED Fitness, we strategically plan each week to target a different area of the body. Our group fitness classes consist of functional everyday movements that are designed to challenge the entire body so you achieve peak body performance.
In every class, we begin with a 5 minute warm up and overview of the workout of the day. Each session is a circuit-style instructor led class and is a 50 minute class including warm up and cooldown. We utilize state of the art equipment including Rogue free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, resistance bands, Woodway treadmills and Concept 2 Rowers.
All of our group fitness classes are designed with you in mind! We meet you where you are on your fitness journey and help you get where you want to be.
Our certified training staff will be happy to provide modifications as needed. We strongly encourage any clients with an injury to please notify the instructor so they can give appropriate modifications.

Need a more tailored approach? We understand what it's like to hit a plateau and end up settling for what you always do because you do not have someone to push you past your limits or your insecurities of starting at a new gym.
SHED offers small group sessions (8 to 1 client to trainer ratio) and are designed to help lay the groundwork if you are hesitant to begin. Gain confidence in the movements so you can master the group fitness classes.
We know sometimes things happen that are out of your control. However, to avoid being charged please respect SHED’s 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations can be processed online or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org ALL NO SHOWS will be charged the full class amount.
