The short answer, a great workout!
At SHED Fitness, we strategically plan each week to target a different area of the body. Our group fitness classes consist of dynamic functional movements that are designed to challenge the entire body so you achieve peak body performance. In most cases, you can expect some form of cardio on our Woodway treadmills, rowing, and different dynamic movements including the use of dumbbells, medicine/slam balls, ropes, and bands.
All of our group fitness classes are designed with you in mind! We meet you where you are on your fitness journey and help you get where you want to be.
Our certified training staff will be happy to provide modifications as needed. We strongly encourage any clients with an injury to please notify the instructor so they can give appropriate modifications.

SHED Strength sessions are lead by one of our Certified Personal Trainers and designed specifically to meet your individual goals. Gain confidence in the movements so you can master the group fitness classes.
We know sometimes things happen that are out of your control. However, to avoid being charged please respect SHED’s 12-hour cancellation policy on SHED Group Fitness classes and our 24-hour cancellation policy on SHED Strength Sessions. Cancellations can be processed online or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org ALL NO SHOWS will be charged the full class amount.
