WHAT TO EXPECT FROM SHED GROUP FITNESS CLASSES?

At SHED, we strategically plan each week to target all areas of the body. Group fitness classes consist of dynamic functional movements that are designed to challenge the entire body so you achieve peak body performance.

ARE THERE BEGINNER LEVEL CLASSES?

Our group fitness class we recommend for those newer to SHED is Sunday Circuit class which is a great starting point! This class is great for beginners as it takes you through 30 1-minute stations and reintroduces many of our most popular exercises you will see in a regular class. This is a great place to start to get you feeling confident and master the movements! 


SHED Columbus certified trainers will be happy to provide modifications as needed. We strongly encourage any clients with an injury to please notify the instructor so they can give appropriate modifications. Safety first!

IS IT JUST GROUP FITNESS? OR DOES SHED OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?

Need a more tailored approach? We understand what it's like to hit a plateau and end up settling for what you always do because you do not have someone to push you past your limits. SHED Strength sessions are lead by one of our Certified Personal Trainers and designed specifically to meet your individual goals. Gain confidence in the movements so you can master the group fitness classes.

WHAT IS SHREDDER?

This calorie torcher focuses on raising the heart rate.  While our other classes include set times for each station, SHREDDER delivers a unique fitness challenge against a running clock and is based purely on how long it takes you to make it through the workout of the day.

WHAT IS SUNDAY CIRCUIT?

The Sunday Circuit is a full-body workout consisting of 1 minute long sessions.  You will be guided through a workout  consisting of 26-30 stations with the total workout time of approximately 40 minutes (kind of like a fitness haunted house). This workout promises to be a great start to your Sunday Funday!
